By extending the homes, we fulfill the beneficiaries' desire to increase the degree of comfort in the existing home. Thus, our goal is to create a concept that increases the comfort of the beneficiaries through both structural and finishing interventions.

Details about the project:

This intervention was carried out on an existing house; we fulfilled the beneficiary's wish by adding extras to this construction. The existing house, with ground floor height, purchased from the old owner during the construction phase, dates from 2008.

Our proposal brings to the ground floor, new functions, a generous living room, changing the position of access to the house and a kitchen with access to the terrace. On the first floor we proposed three bedrooms, a master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom and a second, separate bathroom for the other two bedrooms.

Details about the project:

The project started from the beneficiaries' desire to increase the degree of comfort in the existing home, thus the realization of a concept that would raise the comfort of the beneficiaries through both structural and finishing interventions took place.

By expanding the house, we created a large, spacious kitchen, naturally lit by the three windows on the facade, a living room facing the street and we proposed a master bedroom with an opening to the terrace. All the arrangement wanted to be as modern as possible, integrating the other buildings in this complex, the garage and the annex that will be transformed into a summer kitchen.
