Due to the position of the land in an area with predominantly individual, rural-type homes, a construction of P+1+M height homes with 5 housing units, intended for rent, is proposed. The building is designed as a unitary volume, with balconies in the bedroom area but also in front of the living rooms, which creates a volumetric play of the facades, its shape being rectangular in plan.
