Designed for a family of 3, the house has a living room, a dining area directly connected to the kitchen and a single carport on the ground floor. The living room opens, through sliding doors, onto a covered terrace. A bedroom was proposed at the entrance on the right side, and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a recreational space like a hobby room were proposed at the attic level.

The construction is made with innovative materials, type ICF - Energy efficient house. Ventilation systems with heat recovery, heat pumps and the constructive system of thermal insulating panels type ICF will maximize the efficiency of maintenance costs, in the long term.
