Details about the project:

The house was designed for a family of 5 members. On the ground floor, a bedroom and an open space living room with a dining area were proposed, in direct connection with the kitchen. The living room opens onto an outdoor, covered terrace. On the first floor, four bedrooms were proposed, a master bedroom with dressing room and private bathroom and a shared bathroom for the three bedrooms.

The construction is made with innovative materials, type ICF - Energy Efficient House. Ventilation systems with heat recovery, heat pumps and the constructive system of thermal insulating panels type ICF will maximize the efficiency of maintenance costs, in the long term.
