The project presents the concept of a compact single-family house, with a structure placed on two levels. The house has a garage on the ground floor for two cars, connected to the interior spaces. On the ground floor is the living area with the living room and the kitchen, which are located at the back, opening onto the courtyard and are naturally lit by large windows. The layout of the kitchen is ergonomic and comfortable, opening to two sides of the house.
