Designed for a family of 3 members, the house has ​ on the ground floor an open space living room with a dining area directly connected to the kitchen. The dining area and the kitchen have a vertical opening along the entire height of the house and at the entrance on the left side, there is a study desk. The house has a garage for one car on the ground floor.

On the attic level, from the hall area you can see through a secured glass railing, the dining area and the kitchen. Three bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a laundry and storage area were also proposed for the attic.

The construction is made with innovative materials, type ICF - Energy efficient house. Ventilation systems with heat recovery, heat pumps and the constructive system of thermal insulating panels type ICF will maximize the efficiency of maintenance costs, in the long term.
