Details about the project:

At the request of the beneficiaries, it was desired to modernize the parental home, by creating new spaces that would increase the comfort level of the owners. Originally the house had two bedrooms, a hall and a bathroom.

Following the intervention, our team was able to propose new spaces, such as the dining area and the kitchen which are open to the floor level and a relaxation area overlooking the courtyard, the beneficiary's wife being passionate about reading.

Details about the project:

This intervention was carried out on an existing house; we fulfilled the beneficiary's wish by adding extras to this construction. The existing house, with ground floor height, purchased from the old owner during the construction phase, dates from 2008.

Our proposal brings to the ground floor, new functions, a generous living room, changing the position of the access to the house and a kitchen with access to the terrace. On the first floor we have proposed three bedrooms, a master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom and a second bathroom, separate, for the other two bedrooms.
