The project presents the concept of a compact single-family house, with a structure placed on two levels. The house has a carport on the ground floor for two cars, connected to the interior spaces. On the ground floor is the living area with dining room

and kitchen, which are located at the back, opening to the courtyard and are naturally lit by large windows.

On the upper level, the night area includes 3 generous bedrooms, the master bedroom was designed to offer privacy to the parents, with its own bathroom and dressing room. The floor level is segmented by a generous terrace, opening to each bedroom. The fence designed in a unitary form, in the form of a planter, can be animated by a multitude of plants or ornamental shrubs, which mask the access area.
